• Assistant Plant Protection Officers (Entomology/Nematology) :- 85
• Assistant Plant Protection Officers (Plant/Virology/Bacteriology) :- 67 Posts
• Assistant Plant Protection Officer (Weed Officer) :- 29 Posts
• Data Entry Operator :- 8 Posts
• Investigator Group C :-6 Posts

Eligibility Criteria :

Age Limit :-  Candidates whose age not exceeding 25 years as on 27-12-2013 are eligible to apply for Data Entry Operator posts and candidates whose age not exceeding 30 years those who are applying for other posts. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the Govt. rules.

Educational Qualification :- 

• Assistant Plant Protection Officer (Entomology / Nematology) – M.Sc degree in Entomology or Nematology or M.Sc degree in Agriculture with specialization in Entomology or Nematology or M.Sc degree in Zoology with specialization in Entomology or Nematology from a recognized University or Institution.
• Assistant Plant Protection Officer (Plant Pathology  / Virology / Bacteriology) – M.Sc degree in Plant Pathology or M.Sc degree in Agriculture with specialization in Plant Pathology or M.Sc degree in Botany with specialization in Plant Pathology from a recognized University or Institution.
• Assistant Plant Protection Officer (Weed Science) –> M.Sc. Agriculture (Agronomy) with specialization in Weed Science or M.Sc. degree in Botany with Weed Science as a subject from a recognized University or Institution.
• Investigator (Group-C) – Bachelor's Degree with Mathematics or Statistics or Economics as a subject.
• Data Entry Operator – Degree of a recognized University or equivalent. Should possess a speed of not less than 8000 key depressions per hour for data entry work.

Application Fee :- Candidates have to pay an application fee of Rs 50/-. No fees for SC / ST / PH / Female candidates / Ex-servicemen. Application fees should be paid only by way of CRFS.

Pay Scale :- Data Entry Operator - PB-1 Rs.5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs.2800/-; For other Posts - PB-2 Rs.9300-34800 with Grade Pay Rs.4200/-.

Selection Process :- Eligible candidates will be selected based on their performance in Interview.
